These manager that are exempt are getting cheated out of Overtime pay. They are on salary to do management skills per OSHA and Federal guidelines. 1 lawsuit already filed in Florida waiting for more in California.

Its no secret that Hertz slaps on the manager title to every job to avoid paying OT. This was very prevalent in the off airport operations. Not the first lawsuit to happen. Helps the company save millions in OT so it is still cheaper for them to settle a class action that pay OT why do you think they keep doing it.
