Thread regarding Elevance Health (Anthem) layoffs

Overly frustrated with what it takes to get anything accomplished. Your hands are tied with resources as departments are running thin and colleagues are doing 3 or 4 persons workload. The platforms are horrendous! Barely raises and Elevance now that self evaluations are completed will take until mid February to “negotiate” ratings, salaries etc but don’t worry the Executives, Gail, and the board will take hundreds of millions!! IT IS ABSOLUTELY SICKENING!!!!! While team mates struggle as food and cost of living are at all an all time high!!! Enjoy your holidays Executive team you are soulless!!! This includes all the VP of Staffs…. huge waste of money!

I, myself, am feeling no motivation to try hard at all for the rest of the year and probably not until I understand what our bonus looks like. I want to know what incentive there is to have actually worked hard and showed tangible benefit to the company this year. Seems dicey and not at all my fault nor anyone I know. We're victims of bad leadership decisions. Why my paycheck should look differently because of things out of my control is exactly why I've run out of energy to do more than minimum.

Evaluations mean nothing. Even with an overall "exceeds expectations" rating, you're still only getting 2%. Maybe 2.5% if you're lucky. Remember when the "pool" was 4%? I never thought I'd long for those days.
