"43,000 CenTeamers" they've laid off over 30k in the last 2 years.....how incredibly sad.

No. They shouldn’t. I’m grateful and thankful for my job. Perhaps you could resign and go elsewhere and save the job of someone who wants to stay here.
It’s worth noting that the outsourcing of certain operations to the Philippines may have contributed to the decline of the company. While outsourcing lowers costs, it often comes with challenges such as communication barriers, and impacts service quality. These factors could undermine employee morale, or customer satisfaction, which are critical for any company.
More to add to that list in the next two months.
