Racist posts get deleted

- posts don't get deleted because some corporate clown dislikes them
- posts do get deleted for for ToS violations, like if:
- a lot of f-words are used
- personal insults are used
- if a non-public person is named (or initialed)
- some posters might get banned/can’t post for a while, i guess changing IP helps with that one.

I think this site trumps their own self interests (rightfully so) over any legal action.
The HR department teams with legal to get cease and desist orders sent to this website. This is 100% without a doubt. There are things being written that are not against any rules but the moderators know that deleting posts is much easier than lawyering up for frivolous litigation. USB execs have thin skin.
I am pretty sure the moderators are offshore. They don't like anyone critical of India and Indians. I think if someone sends them corresponding requesting something be removed they may do it.
