Alot of my colleagues are resigning in Kyndryl Brno, are there as well mass layoff, may be I am lost a bit in times and did not notice much.

Situation in Brno is now much better, on bench now +-250 people :D
- so benching still in progress, now it will be 2nd year in a row, well i am not suprised about it, with those wanna be old management style living in different reality without having clue how to drive and be agile along with brainwashing thats its startup and people are heart of progress ..
- hope some 1st line useless managers will be benched asap, because what i saw was not anything related and to do with with mature management, only lies, politics, favoritism, alpining, useless questionaires who is better manager..
- i hope all those skilled benched people will find better job elsewhere and will soon realize how long they were blind and lived in static retro tech stack and filled with fake promises from their “people managers” ..
- once all useless managers and roles will be removed with real mature ones, then some positive changes will start maybe, or last person will switch the lights off
- even will not be suprised, if they are still telling to benched people, they are in position to go to better role within company :)
- and finally suprised that this mass silent layoffs are even legal ..
Situation in Kyndryl Brno is mad currently. There are about 180 people on bench (overall population is 3200) and lot of people are putting their resignations even not sitting on bench. Several big clients are leaving, new acquisitions are either small or not existing.
