RIFS shouldn't be a surprise at this point. I wouldn't be surprised if parts of us are being shopped.
Someone posted something like this before and I think it's the only way to think about it. We're all on the list. It's just a matter of where. We're all just fighting to stay mid to bottom. It's certainly A way to run a company. Clearly not the best way but we favor consultants incentived to save immediate cash and ignore long term hemorrhage.
You can hear every associate vomit a little in their throat every time an email is sent or leaders talk about how much they value "our associates" (as if we belong to them.) It's actually disgusting watching Gail say that with a straight face. One benefit of being in the office is the collective laughter at those a-wipes.
