MBTM dealer here- it’s definitely a shell of its former self. The RDMs we have here in San Diego are generally worthless. Cr-ppy part is JF will keep the ones that kiss so much @$$ ( LC for RDMs in our market is worthless) su-ks cause the old RDMs were so much better than the trash they have now that will be kept cause they blow JF and the T-Mobile SLT
Yes, you just need to start with a burner e-mail address.
No, it’s not possible. That’s why we need to converse on LinkedIn. Take your burner sh-t to reddit or blind.
Is it not possible to make burner LinkedIn accounts?
Was so nice to see a Linkedin from Ulf this morning talking about how they were supporting the outages with COLTs and COWs....on day 5 of the outage.
If this were Florida, we'd see this message about 4 hours in.
Guess that shows how much Mikey and Ulf think of the Seattle/King county area.
I left X and Facebook. I only do IG and LinkedIn when I do it. I appreciate seeing what my coworkers are doing on LinkedIn. I keep IG personal.
Public employee engagement at T-Mobile has long been on Twitter (now known as X) thanks to what Legere used to do there. I could be wrong, but I don’t think this is any more than moving “work” public conversations from X to LinkedIn like what Walmart has done for big frontline companies. At least on LinkedIn, you can avoid the toxicity of anonymous handles talking sm--k. And X is about to get a lot worse when President Musk takes over in January and ruins the country. T-Mobile is moving away including the advertising dollars. We’re way late on SpaceX and maybe something is wrong there too. Who knows.
Mike Sievert will probably use these power outages as an opportunity to layoff a few more of us, for the shareholders in Germany of course.
Tried to check Reddit yesterday, but the site was giving an error. Currently, DownDetector has Reddit in the number one spot.

Did anyone check if the e-mail was leaked to Reddit or Phone Arena?
Sorry to hear that. It's a tragedy what this company has become. Prioritizing shareholders and stock prices above employees. Stock price is high but i don't know when all this cost cutting will start to show in the earnings
It went to all consumer group employees
I didn't get an email... are you sure this went out to all employees?
It seems like this issue might be related a recent Phone Area article.

@xnu+1vAUfkO6, this is not a time to worry. This is not 18th century France. You are living in the greatest country in the history of the world. Your choices are bountiful. Cake or filet mignon, it’s your choice. You can’t prevent a company reorganization. The question becomes…if a better opportunity presents itself, will you be prepared?
How tone deaf to make a jokey email about yet another re-org. That is some “let them eat cake” stuff.
Did you mention that according to the BLS, “the union membership rate—the percent of wage and salary workers who were members of unions—was 10.0 percent in 2023...” My prediction for 2024, will be a slightly lower union membership rate due to retirements, layoffs, and a more educated work force. Remember, the union can NOT protect from layoffs or automation. It is NEVER a time to unionize, in my very humble opinion.

Hey Jon, you go first as those who “lead” should be held to higher standard, if the company needs to cut costs then that is on leadership for failing to bring their vision to life and failing to deliver a product within the cost structure predicted by you, the leadership team. Cutting employees is not a solution, it is an excuse!
I seriously doubt it! Especially with a new President coming into office, we definitely don’t want to be a topic of discussion. All though if there was ever a rally here in the Seattle area, I would most definitely bring up T-Mobile!
I saw the email come in yesterday and found it strange for a company president to ask us to market ourselves out there. Definitely holding back on spending this holiday season now. Thanks……
Absolutely exhausting to keep worrying about job security here at T-Mobile.
