Starting this thread regarding HCSC moving transitioning Cigna employees into their existing salary bands.
The HCSC Townhall mentioned most of us would end up neutral on salary, with some outliers seeing an increase or decrease. Thoughts?

That one time 12/2025 payment seems like it will be more for employees with long term incentive plans.
I have a feeling us lower band levels will end up with equal if not higher pay post close.
I’d imagine there’s going to be some pretty unhappy folks if they receive a salary decrease in January and then have to wait all the way until December 2025 for that one time “make whole” payment.
