In law, ignorantia juris non excusat (Latin for "ignorance of the law excuses not"), or ignorantia legis neminem excusat ("ignorance of law excuses no one"), is a legal principle holding that a person who is unaware of a law may not escape liability for violating that law merely by being unaware of its content. SLT is going to jail..lol

Listen, i think SLT are some of the most seemingly last choice, accidental, out of touch arsehats in corporate America but there's nothing illegal about creating a dumpster fire culture in a once great company. Poor decision making gets you fired not jailed. And willful ignorance isn't a crime either unfortunately.

We have an SLT of Elon Musk types, instead of Warren Buffets.

Any perceived wrong doing is just that, perceived. It’ll get glossed over and the same will continue, but next time with the implied blessing of the legal system. It used to be the kiss of death if a political candidate was not a regular church goer. The bar for what’s right or wrong has been set lower for everything. A little bit of insider trading or misinformation leakage is like a sneeze in the wind.

This is just the first of the investor lawsuits. It is a natural reaction, but it will garner the attention of the big dogs. Lucky for the SLT incompetence is not a crime

Nothing will happen, these lawsuits are frequent and unless it’s the feds investigating it’s just a money grab for lawyers.

Put the cuffs on Gail and good old boys!

It would be nice to see handcuffs on the decision makers who negatively impacted so many peoples lives for their own selfish gain. Not only people who were let go and the shareholders who have lost so much, but also the patients who are now at risk because the cuts have been so deep. Gail and team are part of the good old boys ruling class so that won't happen but it is nice to dream about. F all of them. And F this board for being so obtuse that they don't see it. We are watching "How To Ruin A Company From The Top Down" in real time.

New CFO evaded jail time by not cashing in the day before earning report. Reversed insider trading.

changing the name to Elevance was a horrible decision amongst every other d-mb decisions that have been made by this group of imbeciles. it’s hilarious when they say “Elevance” almost in an English accent. Nimrods.
