I wasn't aware that the RIF's ever stop here. Can anyone point to a month in the last 4 years where there haven't been layoffs. Talk about death by a thousand cuts.

@1pex+1vA0PQUo not true! They do & have laid off after October.
The mass lay off of 4k+ I. 2019/2020 bleeding into 2021 & continously on a rotating departmental cycle. Redundancy & transformative growth.

Based on the reply about severance bleeding into the following year, are you saying C suite learned something from the Thanksgiving layoffs of 2020? They really need to clean house now and go to Bots. Bots are better than offshore help. Lots of waste here and not enough new quality business. The new affordable connected garbage contract brings in garbage clientele.

They do not have layoffs after October due to severance then bleeds into the next year's numbers as expenses. So layoffs are done for 2024.
