So this leader is an id--t, people who succeed just "kiss the ring," and then posters cry about not getting ahead?
Maybe it's because you can't get along with teammates (what you call "kissing the ring") and you can't even outsmart your id--t leaders?
If I thought my manager was an id--t and I also couldn't get ahead, I'd probably start looking in the mirror instead of blaming them (and every other person who ever employed me) for not being smart enough to realize how brilliant I am...
Sadly, it's not very hard to out smart her.
