Why is no one talking about ACs leadership call yesterday? The HR topic covered the 3 things we really want to know: benefits enrollment, performance reviews and comp review. Of course there was no Q&A allowed and no one addressed the elephant in the room. 🤣

Elfio the HR guy? He’s going to be canned once Gunjan takes over and gets settle in. Bet on it.
He is so done he isn’t trying to fake it anymore. This is who he is: avoidant, ineffective, cold. I don’t blame him. Where was the HR guy? Is he quiet quitting too? This is when you intervene, yo.
LOL! Andy is such a chicken ... always hiding behind one-way comms in large meetings. Not even a Teams chat / pacpoll etc. for questions.
Not one focus on the amount of people being laid off or even addressing it. The elephant is the big a-s number of terminations this bank has made to meet their ‘ profitability ratio’ which was an entire screen outline.
Bottom line profits, SVP bonuses and corp greed at its finest
And for those of us not following, what is the elephant in the room?
