This company doesn’t care about anyone, no matter how hard you work. It’s all the same - lousy raises and no recognition for anyone, from the star performers to those just scraping by. If you’re putting in the effort, it feels pointless. So, why bother? Just do the bare minimum and stop stressing over work. It’s not worth it!

Agree, pretend to care until at least 2/28/25. Fake it using whatever means necessary. Remember we have Thanksgiving and then the Christmas/NY holiday season coming up so try to get enjoyment from all that and use up vacation time. Then 2 months of sustaining fake care, then collect the $ and run.
I will "care" until February 28, 2025 assuming I do not get laid off.
I have nothing left in me. My mind goes completely blank each time I log in. This has been a very toxic work environment since the minute I started here. The management is horrific, and many of them still remain even with the cuts. I cannot wait for the day I’m able to get out.
