Greedy leadership will be the inevitable demise of this (& any) company. The sh-t workers get by with anything and everything imaginable, despite the badgering by leadership that we complete the “Do the RIGHT thing” module. Really? Ethics & Compliance is a joke. Anonymous anything is a straight up LIE. what’s TRUE is that the company has pivoted into a very different direction than in the past and it’s not pretty. Greed and corruption gallore in this company and their fearless leader GB Is just another hungry fish in the pond of corruption. Will? More like is and was. The core is rotten but we keep eliminating leaders who point to root cause, hiring inepts who have no clue what the real day to day looks like, and sociopaths who find a way to sabotage the company so that they can claim success on project delivery to collect their bonus and stock.
