We spend money sending leaders to India to lead “collaboration sessions”.
Then we send onshore employees who are left- meeting invites at 2am in our time zone and are “encouraged to try to attend”. RIGHT. I need to sleep so I can do my job and like- two other people’s who were laid off….. check your expectations U.S. Bank.
If anyone would dare send me an invite after USA business hours I'd promptly decline asking for a reschedule. It's called "U.S. Bank" for crying out loud.

Yea, all the townhalls and strategy / objectives related meetings have been pushed from 2pm (when FTEs could actually attend) to 9-11am, almost always overlapping with our reoccurring morning meetings with the team. I guess it’s more important for contractors in India to know what’s going on than us.
Fu-k all this sh-t. Tell Gunjan to attend since everything happening now is on her.
It might actually be an easier commute working India hours!
I compensate for midnight meetings by sleeping in until noon.
