It’s one thing to lack emotional intelligence and empathy as a senior VP corporate mumbo jumbo finance guy, but it’s another to watch your peers decide that NOW is the right time to assign tasks, make requests for XYZ, send reminders etc. Maybe wait just one week, you know for people to process what the heck just happened. I’m sure Q1 QPP and ‘epic clean up’ can fricken wait!
