40 LVN’s in UM, PA, SNF have been laid off. Last day is 6/13/25
Already started. Got my notice. Corporate BTS org. No performance issues. New boss wanted to bring in friends they used to work with instead.

We just got notified of a RIF. My team lost 1. They said it’s a, “continuation of the previous RIF.”
They won’t let people volunteer because there wouldn’t be anyone left who hasn’t drank the koolaid.
I really wish they'd let people volunteer for severance.
