So has anyone else noticed employees were not sent the annual employee engagement survey this year? With all the cuts & RIFs it's no surprise. They know morale is at rock bottom. Frankly they don't care.

in the comments field of the engagements survey simply put:
"please refer to my comments on Thelayoff.com"
there’s a pulse article on why it’s not being done this year
Given recent slumps, they won’t be able to do any action to address concerns so don’t ask. In fact the action may be counter to concerns.
GB doesn't give a toot what employees think. I'm glad I don't have to take the survey. My manager gets flack if I don't fill it out. If I fill it out a criticize Sr leadership, then my manager gets flack for it and it blows back on me. All the while, nothing changes to improve conditions for employees. In fact things have steadily gotten worse. They've limit PTO carryover, eliminated PTO payout for RIF in states where allowed, they replaced true severance pay w supplemental unemployment benefit, they reduced work from home, they used to pay for internet for people who were WFH, they used to have actual cafeterias at the offices, they used to have staffed gyms at the offices, & they are RIF'ing & off-shoring like crazy (lowest job security & morale EVER). I'm sure there's more but you get the picture. They are taking away from employees, not improving things for us.
Leadership keeps saying that they are working on the comments already given to them earlier this year. From who, in what way and when if there was no survey. They say mid 2025 that a survey will be sent. By then those that are left, they won't like what is said. Only hope is for Gail and all that bow to her are gone.
They actually want the associate to be unhappy. That way more employees will quit and save the company the cost of severance. I used to think statements like that were people being sarcastic but now I see it is genuinely what HR and leadership wants.
