Thread regarding U.S. Bank layoffs

"Thank you to everyone...

...who responded to the Q3 Your Voice Matters: Talk to Us survey. Your feedback is important to us."

No it isn't, but go off.

"In Q3, you shared that you continue to value your immediate manager and their support of your work."

As opposed to valuing my senior executive and their support of me not getting laid off, sure.

"You also continued to provide feedback and request more information related to the workforce strategy,..."

Feedback: this su-ks and you su-k. Information requested: why are you doing this?

"...such as benefits of in-office work,..."

None.

"....open workspaces..."

Also none.

"...and career mobility opportunities."

Specifically the mobility available by leaving the bank?

"Leadership is reviewing the feedback and appreciates the passion you have for improving the work experience."

As if.

If they want employee feedback they can read the posts at this site. Thats honest feedback. As far as TTUS I’m sick of filling it out because they don’t care to do anything about it.

"we're going to force all the hiring managers to only hire from hubs and severely limited our talent pool and lay off all our remote workers who perform well because cOlLaBoRaTiOn"

I'm sure those "executive" fools don't even see the irony in it.

Great post, OP! Love your response and fully in agreement. Yeah ... I'm done filling out their surveys and engaging with anything outside of my job description (if that!). I'm just a number to them so will give them a taste of it.

I am hesitant to fill out the TTUS truthfully as they are not anonymous. They send out reminders if you haven't filled them out. How is that anonymous?

It’s exactly what they said about the Q2 results. Almost word for word.

Do not fill out the surveys anymore, that is the only way to make change. Bring engagement way down on these surveys

They’re not going to ever change so therefore I’m just not going to respond to these surveys anymore. Feels pointless.

We want in person collaboration but most of the team will reside in….you guessed it…India

I did value my immediate manager but then you fired them for living in the wrong State. Not very demure. Not mindful.

Leadership is reviewing luxury vacation plan and second home to buy due to huge increase in total compensation for cutting expenses, I.e., layoffs. We really don’t care but pretend to because we’re on our way out anyway, just want that one big paycheck ne on;u way to get it is to fire people and make work place miserable so you quit and we don’t have to pay servance
