Well the nightmare finally came true… & impacted my team. We lost some people. I’ve been here over 5 years and never seen such a low morale and lack of hope for a positive future… and rightfully so! It can’t and won’t end well for a company swallowed up in greed, deception, power hungry people, bad decisions and lack of appreciation for those on the front Line while the rich duke it out with no regard for anyone but themselves. Kind of like war and government who only care about how long they can keep the wool over our eyes while they play a hard game of cut throat and the top prize is…. You MAY get to stay on the titanic a little longer than others. Gee thanks…i miss feeling content and happy about work.

Has it ever occurred to you that we have trogen horses(contractors) that want us to sink so they can merge at a discount?
How is Anthem faring on the DEI and best places to work survey? I would guess pretty strong. Assuming HR folks get to respond to that one. Postpone the internal survey because they care about what we think...that is the best. If you are here and not looking for a job you deserve everything that happens.

Titanic reference is epic! There are no more life vests or rafts. It’s freezing. It’s too late to avoid the inevitable sinking because more mistakes being made to ensure it fully sinks. Wait a minute… is that violins I hear as we go down? Why think it is!! And these damn whistles broke too! Oh and although I can’t prove it in a court of law, I think it’s pretty safe to assume when Gail comes floating by, on that oversized piece of wood,she isnt scooching over to make room for a single one of us. Actually scratch that, she was probably the first one to get into the life raft. The question is whose kid did she throw overboard in all her greed and selfishness so she had a seat!

Our small gbd team was hit as well . Very unfortunate and even though we knew the rif was coming who ever really thinks it will be you . Stay strong folks life does go on
