Are we at the point where HR wants you to give them the boot? Are they just not getting bonuses this year? Curious what is going on in that front.

Non compliance has lead to repeated warnings and then immediate termination. There is no saying you will be let go months down the road
if only fidelity was focused on protecting client data instead of harassing it’s own employees, oh well
Employees that didn't come in at all were told in August that they were getting let go in December, with no option to start coming in. No mercy
