It’s disgusting that leaders are holding meeting, calls and conference calls in the masses to disguise what is really going on. Employees are being fired in the masses and leaders think we don’t know!
Let’s all join in the cheer and rants and fakeness of how well we are doing as a bank. US Bank is so ethical, cares about employees, cares about the success we have had so far… gag!
We are giving jobs to lower paying states, India and overseas for cheap labor. Does anyone not see the irony in “most ethical bank”.
Let’s keep cramming down the message of look at us, we are winning, great job everyone, while departments are laying off employees we need and have worked hard to build this POS bank now!
Chop one leader from your group, chop mass amounts of employees in your department and then hold calls to say to the few employees left- we are doing so good. It’s disgusting, disrespectful, distasteful.

The leader held calls to the masses are ki-ling me. Those at the top are tone death. Not addressing the mass layoffs is not going to make any emp trust you! You look like cheap used car salesmen, no wait, that’s putting you in a class of hard working people. Leaders are not hard working people.
It’s a complete joke any SVP’s and above pretend like nothing is going on. Emails announcing organizational changes are being handed out like candy.
Keep holding leadership call d-mbasses, keep making jokes and saying how you are all gathering in New York , Chicago, Florida and more, all on the dines of ‘our’ profitability. Stop spending money to cater to you and your cronies and wake the f’ up.
U.S. Bank messaging about their ethics is almost as amusing as the harp about efficiency and agility... look no further than all the fruitless meetings and bureaucracy...this bank is none of these things.
Ethical and this Bank never belong in the same sentence. It’s comical they preach that all the time. They’re the biggest cheerleaders for themselves.
It’s the I’m fine, we’re fine, everything is fine deflection.
More layoff are sure to occur before and after the holidays, leaders presents to all while they collect high bonuses.
It is absolutely shocking to slowly learn about the FTEs that were let go. Some of the most creative, problem solving people at the bank. The ones that brought new ways of working, and new ways of innovating.
They literally fell off the face of the earth, I didn’t even get a chance to get their contact info.
The “look over here, not there” is going on for sure. Sad and typical out of touch with reality senior “leaders” are. Not sure they deserve the title word leader, most are phony and most certainly have no clue what’s going on in the company.
The message of dress up for Halloween seems fitting, seeing how everyone is hiding behind a mask of cr-p.
