I feel like with all the fiber talk, there isn't anyone else left who even remembers the old crown.

KNOW YOUR PLACE.
Shut up Cryan Bobb.
I was at Crown since 2009. Laid off in 2020, came back 2022. Laid off again this past August. My time was bridged so I was an employee a total of 13 years. I miss the old Crown
Former Crown employee (18 yrs), fortunate enough to have been granted the voluntary separation package. I’ve been gone for over a year. The “old” days were amazing. I read the posts here now and then and can’t believe how you people treat each other on this site. If you’re that miserable, find another job (though it’s not pretty out there). Best of luck to you all. Show some grace and kindness to your fellow coworkers. You’ve all been through he-l, that should bond you, not separate you.
The “old” Crown huh… when people knew their place and were not uppity. Make Crown Great Again! Take Crown Back!
@cwi+1v7uCvU4 Don’t be a d1-k.
“Let me guess you guys also used to play till the street light went out, never got participation trophy’s and all the kids these days are cr-p”
It’s not just the young crowd that is cr-p, there is just an overwhelming amount of people who just don’t have any worth ethic or professionalism. There are folks walking around with face tattoos, blue hair and 100 face piercings. Who the he-l is hiring these people? They have just been hiring anybody that is willing to work at this dumpster fire.

Long enough to remember a keg party on the lawn of 2000 Corporate Drive to now being reprimanded for asking to work from home on a Wednesday and “violating” office attendance compliance. 17 years with the past 10 slowly creeping towards complete absurdity.
Myself and a few others have been here for 10 plus years. The list grows shorter each day. Ten years ago it was quite rare that anybody would voluntarily leave. I believe most of us are holding out hope it returns to the old days where the industry was stable and Crown cared about its employees. Its an uphill battle and I for one am not holding my breath.
