I don’t know about Paycheck but I have been seeing my PTO balance all messed up. The hours remaining I had before the Workday launch, don’t match up now in Workday PTO balance, I have not taken any since. My manager has no idea, HR helpline is all just chat and cr-ppy.
It’s so stupid that someone thought, oh everything looks good, let’s switch everyone to Workday without doing a thorough QA. I guess that’s Allstate in a nutshell.
Everything Allstate touches is pure sh-t....everything.
I wonder how much money that CHRO snake fu---r got paid to infiltrate allstate, force through a sh-t system, and then jump ship as it begins to sink, to an exciting new opportunity that was already lined up for him before his brief career as a corporate double agent
Thank your former CHRO Bob T for the wonderful “leapfrog” he got installed in record time! Mind you, he got a better gig a few weeks after the workday implementation was an obvious failure. Emblematic of everything at Allstate. Poorly conceived, ran by incompetents, praised by leadership.
A lot of people are shorted PTO when moved to Workday. They were told it will all fix itself but it is not. Had a co-worker who was off last month for a week and only got one week of pay on the check. They fixed it pretty quick but still...
