Has anyone heard of rumors of packages being offered?

No VSP but now the drumbeat is saying involuntary layoffs in January 2025. Need a reliable source to weigh in here.
I heard last week from a reliable source that volunteer packages will be offered at the first of the year. Then come not so voluntary layoffs.
Afraid too many engineers would take it.

I hope I’m eligible. I have 3 year at Pratt but I identify as a 30 year employee. Rumor is Pratt will honor you for what you identify as.
Vsp was on the table but executive committee withdrew the proposal as action wasn’t warranted. Unsure why
