It’s an administrative function that thinks it is not.
Can’t trust Fidelity HR. They take orders from higher up and force you to leave if you share concerns. So watch what you are saying. It’s not their fault, they are just paid to be puppets of their masters.
HR minions monitor this site and zero post ratings so they don’t draw attention.
