I've been here for five years, and I feel it's been a complete waste of my time. Every year, the pay basically stays flat, and the benefits keep shrinking. If that's not bad enough, they seem to be focused on pushing out the older employees - the ones with valuable experience. Nobody can be considered safe.

Agree with how Crown used to be. We loved it and then things change. Hopefully it turns around. I left in the summer and I’m so happy. I wish people the best.
Ten years ago Crown was a dream job
It's possible the reason Crown is in the financial distress it is now is due to reckless spending. Not sure - Just wondering...
CCI is in Steady decline, expect at best to get a 3% base pay increase each year as the cost of living sky rockets. Healthcare cost will continue to increase and cost of living will out pace pay adjustments. New folks will come and go at Crown, old timers and the good old boy network will hang around and collect the larger salaries su-king money out of Crown and preventing newer more qualified individuals from being promoted.
Leaving this company is long overdue. The decline over the past 5 years has been rough but I can tell you the decline over the past 10 years is absolutely crazy. I couldn’t imagine a better company to work for 10 years ago. Every single employee was proud to work for Crown. We had good pay and great benefits! Flash forward to today and I’m honestly embarrassed to tell anybody I work for Crown. I used to wear my Crown gear outside of work and people would recognize it and tell me what a great company Crown was, now I don’t wear anything Crown because I’m ashamed. It used to be a 10, now it’s a 2 at best.
