As a Manager it is really frustrating that half your staff is on a QIP and other is not….seems very unfair. I don’t even get a QIP. One of many crazy out of date benefits.

Who cares. All anthem does is find ways to cut your bonuses anyway.
What's the difference besides one pays annually and other pays the same sum in quarterly ( so annual Pay divided by 4)
I'm on AIP so not sure if QIP is better.
But if you are a manager you most likely make more money than the people under you. You also probably take off whenever you want.
I do not believe you are a manager.
