Thread regarding Gainwell Technologies layoffs

Any real layoff news?

Whining about offshore all day - go find another corporation that does not have global delivery. If not competent enough to find another job, just stay and cry about it.

Any genuine layoff news here?

NTT take me please. I’ve literally had it with this company and those that tend to make the lives of so many others miserable on a daily basis

This includes the ever blustering, JR. His enabler and kudos announcer MG. Those that use the lack of communications or holding back information as a control measure

When's the NTT transition supposed to start? Asking for a friend

All organisations have been given quotas from the asian executive fellow. If you managed to remain steadfastly employed Sunshine then count yourself among the rosey few. The hiring market is not lending itself to applicants no matter the quality of their resume. You sound like a real charmer mate

And yet they are still hiring in management - https://www.linkedin.com/posts/gainwell-technologies_teamgainwell-meettheteam-leadership-activity-7255267649922703362-gd31?utm_source=share&utm_medium=member_desktop

Do not defend Gainwell. If they haven’t effed you yet, your time will come. Bill is the most unethical leader I’ve ever witnessed and Mark is an ineffective leader that allows Mike to yell and interrupt him in ELT meetings.

For the poster who said the delivery town hall was good vibes - that’s because the NTT divesture of the ITO folks is almost completed - mid-November now. They were coached to keep it lively and upbeat so people wouldn’t quit.

@Jeff

Are you sure that’s the root of the problem? I’m sure it doesn’t help the situation. But the root of the problem is the leadership. The company is set up to fail. Do whatever it takes to get the contract. Lie. Make promises you can’t keep. Then not able to deliver and miss SLAs. This illegal and unethical behavior is the cause of the problem. There isn’t even an intention to deliver. It is basically stealing from the states and punishing the underserved and vulnerable population.

Real classy Gainwell…

Well said, old farts are the root of the problem. They should be mass exited at once for Gainwell to succeed. Staying in same company and doing the same work for 20+ years doesn’t mean that they added any value to the company or systems they work on except looking out for themselves. They are just survivors who just blame the management for their problems.

If they would only get rid of the inept managers with their inflated egos and vanity.

Folks more worried about protecting their little slice of territory. I figure if you have spent your entire career working at the same company doing things in the most ineffective manner. Then you need to go.

That’s good to know.

Poor performers will be exited regardless.

Agree, no real layoff news.
After delivery product TownHall, mood is upbeat. Looks like there are growth vibes and they want to hire and expand instead of mass layoffs.
