How honest are you being with CES?

Straight to trash. Nothing really changes.
Per usual, my comments were honest, clear, and direct. I called out MW for misleading the workforce and for midstream leaders CP and EN for blatantly lying about AS's departure - marketed as a 'retirement' but was actually fired for having "multiple romantic relationships" with his subordinates. Just disgusting.
We need someone bold from HR to leak the results like what happened with Shell.

They do not take any of the honest feedback seriously unless it shows them that they are doing great because they do not know really how to address failed leadership especially when the “leaders” have been getting entitlement promotions.
I’ve been witch-hunted about my responses before when my boss was trying to figure out who didn’t trust him.
I know I will be losing my job one way or another, so I was super honest this time. I know it’s not anonymous and I just don’t care anymore.
Stopped completing it years ago when I was asked by my BU management to address the issues I had raised in the survey associated with lack of opportunity and limited geographical diversity of available positions. Upper level management simply pushes addressing CES issues back to the middle management of each BU. Conclusion, what a complete and utter waste of time.
I let them have it this time. The ELT is not treating the workforce with any kind of dignity or respect and I let them know my opinion. Worst case? I get laid off and don’t have to listen to MW and company tell us we aren’t competitive any more.
Zero honesty. All fives.
What’s the point?
You can only describe management as incompetent and self serving so many times...most workers I know don't even bother providing a response these days.
Helps create busy work for HR and the consultants that advise them on the project.

This is it … treat this site as your anonymous feedback tool. It hurts them more and shines a bigger spotlight on the dysfunction…a platform they cannot ignore or manipulate to their advantage. Let it rip!
just remember what was said before 2020 transformation = "you told us to do blah, blah and we have listened and are doing it"
Just to reiterate, it’s not anonymous, people can find out your names, so be smart. Here’s a rule of thumb to operate at Chevron, get along with everyone and don’t write things down you don’t want coming back to you, the entire feedback is a gift is an illusion, it has to be a specific kind of feedback and worded very carefully. I’ve been in upper management meetings where LT received feedback and the response wasn’t thoughtful reflection butan attitude more akin to let them eat cake.
The surveys are futile, just like our 'leaders'.
Has anybody interacted with LD in HR recently? Yikes.
Brutally even though nothing will come of the comments and ratings we give. It felt satisfying to get a few things off my chest.
