Doesn’t directly correlate. A lot of years we have “record revenue” and profits are high but we get measly 3% pay increases and not a great bonus payout. Why would that incentivize me to be “customer obsessed”?

That will really show Fidelity- heavy sarcasm here.
Who do you think that really hurts? Do you think your salary, profit sharing, company match grows on trees?
No, your salary, profit sharing, company match is actually the result of people investing in the company you work for and is paying you all of the above. When revenues decline- layoffs follow.
Maybe work to improve the situation to allow for the continued revenues that pay you.
Just a thought.
