WELP skimmed through two rounds of layoffs so far in our department this year. So what are your thoughts...Good til April 2025??? Just curious as most of the information on this page has been accurate other than knowledge of the actual departments affected.

Chill until 2025 but bonuses will be like the ones Penn State Univ employees received in 2013
Just laid off in October. I wouldn’t assume anything that they won’t make more cuts before the end of the year. It’s 4Q - they can take the costs of the cuts in 2024 if they do it now.
In the past, most recently, there was no cutoff’s for notification your job has been eliminated. After COVID people were notified in November and December. Pretty cr-ppy they continue to ruin families during the holiday season
They used to chill over the holidays but that was when they had a reputation to protect. Those days are over and they need to cut expenses.
You’re good until January 2025, they chill over the holidays, October is the last notification month of the year.
No because they are doing RIF’s every month lately. It’s gotten that bad.
