If your on this site and you still have a job jump ship while you can. The RIFs ate only going to continue and get worse until everything that can be is eventually ran by offshore and AI. I give it 5 years or less and this place will have a fraction off the onshore workers that it has now.

Im not sure why this post has any thumbs down. This defenitly seems like the direction there heading towards. If you think this place has a bright future you must not have been around long.
For those thinking AI team is safe, you would be surprised that there is a massive layoff planned in AI on Jan 23.
I agree! They have mastered the layoff they do it so often that it has become apart of the culture. They have also found so many loopholes to keep the constant layoffs quiet and to keep from paying a true severance pay which they use to do years ago. Bottom line is staying here is playing with fire especially if your department is constantly pushing AI and offshore which is basically this entire company.

We will find out this time next year that stars dropped again. Then we'll panic and hire 500 people to find out why but we wont want to spend money to fix anything. Then 2026, stars will drop again. Then in 2027 when the stock is at 300 again, we'll remember that the only reason we exist is to pay claims and service members and doing that with cheap labor that is barely trained and doesn't care about the American health care system was the wrong decision. That's IF we don't completely divest in gbd all together and sell it to UHG or a smaller blue.
Marketing has shifted to green for a reason folks.
