Rather than monitor this board and waste your time down voting comments, start working and stop wasting time which is $$. If you focus on how to run a business, then you'll have less layoffs.
Please hire an org dev consultancy to help you right-size the company, communicate openly to everyone why rather than continue with reaction-based reorgs. When leadership can show a re-org has positive effects and communicates along each milestone, there is less fear and those impacted feel informed.
