Advice to CDW Leadership Monitoring Comments

It's a sad commentary when someone from CDW sits around reading all the comments about the latest layoff and down votes posts that tell the truth about the internal mess or bad management choices.

Who gets to sit an be paid to watch this board and downvote comments?

Rather than monitor this board and waste your time down voting comments, start working and stop wasting time which is $$. If you focus on how to run a business, then you'll have less layoffs.

Please hire an org dev consultancy to help you right-size the company, communicate openly to everyone why rather than continue with reaction-based reorgs. When leadership can show a re-org has positive effects and communicates along each milestone, there is less fear and those impacted feel informed.

Probably the same one who sits around monitoring employee posts on LinkedIn and social media so he can tattle on anyone who dares post something pro-law enforcement or basically anything that doesn't support woke idealogy.

The reality is the board needs to take action. President, SVPs, and even Chris C have been with the company too long. Particularly Corley, Kirby, Chong, Connelly and Leahy (bless her heart she's a master word smith and a truly endearing CEO). However, you shouldn't have SVPs, Presidents and e-board members with the company for 10, 15 and 20 years or more. Don't even get started with VPs. Griasmore and Lillis have a combined CDW tenure of over 50 years. How could you possibly expect HC, SB and SLED to evolve and geow? This boys AND girls club is stale, tired and can't possibly hold each other accountable. Paul Finnegan open your eyes, get involved and don't accept the window dressing. You remember when MDP/CDW days? Take action. Nelms and Foxx, stop accepting the annual PPT BS and the false strategic initiatives riddled with corporate jargon and double speak. Find your ba--s and hold the CDW leadership team accountable.

And somehow they get certain posts removed too, must file complaints to the site...especially the ones that have names in them I have noticed. All of sudden some comments are gone.

Crazy to think that they spend their time/resources monitoring this instead of trying to fix this burning pile of cr-p they have turned the company into.

Leadership did engage an org dev consulting firm ~2yrs ago. Did not like what they were told and chose to ignore their counsel.
