Thread regarding U.S. Bank layoffs

Last day with USB 10/31

I will not be sad to see U.S. Bank go in my rearview mirror. I will be moving to the company they outsourced my position to as a cost of saving measure. There is no cost saving here because everything that US Bank wants, that me as a current employee did for them, will cost them. I will be glad to get away from the toxic nature, the toxic management, bosses who don’t respect PTO and downtime.

I recently left US Bank. I agree, everything about it was toxic and senior leadership is completely out of touch. AC and GK want a skeleton crew running the ship and dump the remaining work on the poor employees who remain. Do more with less should be the new company motto. Of course leadership provides virtually zero guidance on how to do more with less other than vague AI mentions. My only regret is not leaving sooner. I fear USB has not hit rock bottom yet, but I hope I’m wrong. Good luck to all those who remain.

Dont get too comfortable with the new company. They typically bleed your mind and then cut you loose after a couple of years
