Gail is an old school has been. She needs to go. Things aren’t going well? Must be the employees fault! Fire them all and let them eat cake! Things going well? It’s all me, my boring and robotic style is doing the trick! More RIFs are coming quarterly.
Just think about it - Gail came from UnitedHealth. Perhaps, it was her plan and goal to Ki-l Anthem? Slowly she started to act without making it obvious. After all these years, you can see the results showing up...
Gail has taken this company to the toilet long enough. She needs to go with her millions she made for doing nothing more than sinking this ship that used to float quite nicely. Greed is ugly. Ignoring the needs of patients also disgusting. Off shoring jobs of devoted people who work so hard to save money with no regard for quality of care and services from people who know nothing about the struggles faced in America by patients trying to navigate a complex broken medical system. How’s someone in the Philippines going to help with that? It’s wrong what Gail and her posse are doing to the company and the people who have given so much to receive nothing in return but a kick in the teeth. If they want to clean house get rid of the bad workers, the caniving terrible managers and staff not those who have done nothing wrong. Gail didn’t want u to do an employee survey this year… interesting since the very things they scored lowest in for employee satisfaction Gail and her crew decided to ignore. Never has this company skipped this survey shenanigans we r met with each year EXCEPT when the feedback reflects the horrible decisions upper leadership has made. It’s unfortunate and unfair but u know what else it is? Degrading, morale-ki-ling, fear mongering, invasion of peoples rights to refuse the “jab”, sneaky dishonest snakey reckless regime. This company doesn’t care about us, or the patients. Nothing but padding their own pockets. I’m not sure if I’ll get rif’d but I’m looking for something else because sitting here waiting for the next wave of betrayals to come the past year is not healthy as a faithful employee of over 7 years. The bully power hungry ego filled team leads and managers reflect the writing on the wall. They showing us we should listen and get out. The life rafts are all full and the iceberg is up ahead.
