It’s simple. Lawsuit then files Chapter 11 bankruptcy. End result, can unilaterally break an existing collective bargaining contract upon filing a petition. Investors get their profit back.

The start of problem appears Temu,Sheim and other Ch-na direct to customer shippers are overloading shipping with cheap volume rates. AMZ just a third party is being cutout by the customer. Savings for customers are extreme. Profits for shippers normally are highest with overnight packages . High volume packages with cheap rates clog the system and drain profits. Could it be political to try to sink our good USA businesses?
