If the C-suite is missing the mark, it would behoove the board to take a honest hard look at them. Obviously letting the workerbees go is NOT working.

It's too late for that. Train is already off the rails. They lost contracts they've had for decades. They got absolutely embarrassed by a big public statement by Mercy, who also left. Gail cashed out 17M dollars worth of stock recently. She's nearing 65. That's supposed to be her retirement, according to her contract. They'll keep cutting and hoping they can bullsh-t their way into a higher stock price for the next time they are allowed to sell stock. They'll be out the door by the time it all comes crashing down. Money already in the bag for her and her goons. That's how it usually works. Someone else will have to work to recover. They'll realize the offshoring has done more harm than good fiscally. They've lost too many contracts. They'll hire back onshore, lessen offshore, and recover. Eventually Gail part 2 will come along, 10 years down the like. Same vicious cycle will begin again and theyll do it all over again. Good luck everyone.
