They don't care, they believe they are bigger than the business, that they are correct always and that they deserve more. They are self serving. There is no servant leadership, no gratitude, no self reflection. A real lack of leadership. It creates a complacent arrogant and blind business. A real shame as their position gave them so much advantage.

- They can't because they are not good leaders. Period. No accountability for their decisions that are sinking this ship. Bu it's OK, because our CEO's Dad told her "she's doing a good job" as she was crying in front of leadership on one of the management calls a few months back. (true story).

1 year comparison aws of today:S&P 500 up 33.5%. Dow up 27%, NASDQ around 50%. CDW stock up 1.02%. Earnings are strong in each segment. And it’s supposed to be the market that is slow? No. It’s our leaders. All 3 should be fired now.
