Everyone in tech needs to be fired. Inclusivity had a nice run, but let’s get back to real life and get rid of the hairdressers (or McDonald or whatever unqualified person they picked for those roles) playing programmer.
Management should respect the actual professionals that were hired and get rid of the unskilled workers. Just pay people what they’re worth and recruiters WILL be able to find people who know what they’re doing
