All of the insurance options are terrible too, you might as well just not even choose one…
How about bonuses or promotions? For those at the bottom ( salary L and below)…Cost of living adjustment? Premiums are increasing at almost the same percentage of the raise.
along those lines, how about another week of vacation at some milestone (15 years, 20, take your pick)? I’ve been maxed out for 14 years!
