These executives have no accountability at all. These were the that's-not-fair kids who blamed everyone else. Agenda for Gail meeting: "It's not just us. It's everyone." "It's associates fault. Rif them." "AI is magic and will solve everything."
We need to lean in to the horizontal transformation to reduce silos using AI.
glad we're all here together. AI is a joke and i think they're getting a painful lesson in not understanding technology they bought all in on. Spark AI is worthless for my job and Im sure it does nothing for anybody. Yesterday they had a training session where he used an example scenario Hey Spark finish this sentence Twinkle, Twinkle little.........

I’d expect a CEO to be able to be more lively and personable during an all associate town hall…like speak more candidly and have more expressions than just a blank expression instead of obviously reading from a teleprompter and being insanely boring.
