They really waited until the last minute to file this. Even though it was known Nov 15 would be last day of work for employees getting ISP’d.

At least ELT gave themselves the couple of weeks of buffer for the special RSU grants that were supposed to vest in December. Wonder if all those RSUs get transferrred straight to Pat or if he will share it with his cronies

Can you share where you get the WARN notice information?

I've been visiting the Cal EDD site (https://edd.ca.gov/en/jobs_and_training/Layoff_Services_WARN/), but they only post the file twice a week and not very consistently either)

Nothing in Santa Clara. Too funny. Of course not as that’s where all the directors and vps are and we all know they are never impacted in layoffs.

Many groups chose to not spend money and thus used that money to not lay off people. This is a sh-t show not enough. People are being let go.

Arizona is Chandler site only. ocotillo site is not on WARN site yet.

In 2016 ACT, Chandler and ocotillo sites are separated reported.

Number seems high for Folsom. Are they shutting that site down?
