Saw a 1:1 on my calendar from my boss’ boss. How do I prepare? I am terrified. I have kids to support. Anything I can negotiate? I’m blanking out

You can’t do much. If you RIFed, keep your head up and go strong for next venture. Down the lane you will look as the best thing happened to you.
I am saying this from my own experience. RIF last year. Was terrified and shocked as have family to take care. However, got a much better opportunity to elevate career.
I wish the same for you and everyone who are getting out of Hellevance. Good luck!
When I was RIF'd, and got the 1:1 from my bosses boss, I had a gut feeling it was a layoff, but I didn't realize that my boss wasn't there because he too was RIF'd. They didn't tell me that immediately, I had to ask. There is nothing you can negotiate, unfortunately. It is all about the mighty dollar. Decisions were made over a month ago, from what I understand. Hopefully you have been there a while and will get a long Supplemental Benefit period. I thought my layoff was the end of world initially, but little did I know then, that where I was working was so toxic. I didn't realize it until I found my new job and I absolutely love the company, love the work, and the people! Wish I would have made the change long ago. Good things can come from painful situations. I hope the same for you, if you are indeed being RIF'd.
Some managers like to inform their staff via 1:1 meetings, in case anyone has questions they're not comfortable asking in a team meeting.
Why would it be a 1:1, then?. It would be a team meeting
If it's from your boss's boss, it might be your boss who was affected
