SCM should go out first. Too many high level PSG’s not creating enough value to the org.

Good Lord, six weeks up to four years? Wish I was there, sign me the f up.
Where’s my email? With an offer like that, I would mash that “accept” button hard, and I haven’t even been here that long in comparison to many.
Of course, no email is coming on a Friday when half the BU is out of the office. Nice try.
6 weeks per year up to 4 years would be unbelievable. Better not hear a single person who gets that offer complaining about anything.
Chitty chatty in the gourmet ABU coffee lounges (on every single floor) is:
- EoI emails are out for the target employees today. 24 hour reply period.
- 6 week per year of employment, capped at 4 years. Including pro-rata CIP.
- take it or leave it, 24 hours, next offer is 3x less.
Take about flushing out septic system.
Like sending hundreds of roles, sorry "work flows" to India kinda none? Or forcing us to have covid shots kinda none or maybe locking down borders kinda none?
Pls don't send back our expats, we gave them up for a reason. Secondly, zero chance the govt would allow a woodside sale. None.
Rumours of a woodside takeover is getting stronger. Pipe gas straight karratha gas plant. Looks like the ABU is going to get bigger.
Many overpaid aussie expats in US that need to be sent packing particulary in HR. Dont know why you would need that many on expat terms
Salty soup today! Anyway - timing on EoI?
@1fgi+1v1SfrI6 And I've never met so many self-interested and greedy inefficient types who masquerade as leaders as I have in the ABU, reflecting a company dominated by those who have never worked anywhere else. The consistency in the ABU's relatively negative pulse survey results and comments on this site more than hints there is a problem not born from the plebs' attitude to work but those paid excessive wages to lead and improve the business who have never been held to account in the numerous re-orgs. Your lack of self reflection suggests you haven't considered the truth behind the sourness. Or do you think we need dozens of managers on at least half a mil a year producing endless powerbi reports and attending meetings with no agendas?
As for another company buying the ABU: none of us weirdos would have plonked a massively overspent gas plant on a class A reserve 60kms offshore, so why would you think any other company would be stupid enough to commit funds to it?
Ive never met sour grape weirdos as much as the ABU. hope this BU gets sold off to some their "glorious" local company such as Woodside.
f-k+1v1SfrI6 how did they know how to match their IQ to their PSG?
there was one SCM GM who claimed to have started her SCM career when they only had a high school diploma but got a degree before becoming a GM
The place is a morgue, nothings getting done with everyone just waiting
I know atleast 4 SCM people who made grade 27 before age 40. SCM is the place to be!
I understand the sentiment but the ABU is run by Americans so their efforts in learning who needs to go is skin deep. Let's just get the cash rolling so we can leave them to avoid paying real tax.
first start with the UK expats that keep draining budgets, the ABU ones are not that bad actually
@oxa If you don't have the intellectual capacity to understand it, maybe that's why they are PSG 28-29 and you are not.
@oxa who is an SCM GM with a high school diploma???? what BU?
It amazes me that SCM GMs with nothing more than a high school diploma can rise to PSG28-29 before age 40.
Also, need to bring back the ABU expats that are in the US
