Be aware next wave of lay off is comming!

I hope this is rumour but they want to target EMEA again! Can someone confirm on it?

Of course they are cutting. The whole purpose of FY performance reviews is for them to flag under performers and show them the door. This is the easiest way to cut people and not look like the colossal a--holes they truly are.

Just a hunch, but I think there will be another reduction before Jan. 1, which is when the new pay raises (assuming any are given) will go into effect.

If department successfully released there is no doubt about next downsizing.

Cuts on 401k match in the USA

Wouldn’t be surprised if they made cuts in the US as well

I’ve seen signs leading to more cuts. Small to no visible pay increases. Office cloisters or compressions with management being shuffled out or their team moving from under them.

India, Romania, Bulgaria and UK have had significant losses in headcount both through redundancy and resignations. All leading one way.

Time for me to look elsewhere

At Israel site there was no rumor, but everybody remembers the surprise from July, which had been well planned and kept as top secret right before the bo-m.

As everything became pretty clear, it's better to look actively for another place, I guess. Why they should involve a bit of ethics next time and give a notice in advance? As they practice stack ranking, it's only matter of time to get an invitation to a meeting with HR and manager.
