If so, to what PSG? And how long were you in current role / PSG?
Seems like progression is going to slow to a crawl.

Promoted to PSG 22, been in role 1 1/2 yrs.
Typically it is 5% increase but not always.
Don't know about promotion salary change. Still psg 19
How are salary changes calculated when being promoted?
Supervisors were given the go-ahead to inform those receiving promotions 14th-15th October. Promotions will be visible in Workday on 1st November.
@3plb+1v142NXL Thank you for the info. I’ll be leaving asap.
Promotions have been released, if you didn’t hear anything, then you didn’t get one.
I need an HR type to help me on this one. Have promotions been released for all BUs? That is, if you haven’t heard anything, it’s probably bad news on the promotion front?
Over two years at cvx. Still a 19
Nope. Fu---d over again.
In CBU they said there was ‘no business need for promotions’ as the KD asset was up for sale.
They also said everything is business as usual and the asset might not sell.
Now we are likely being forced over to the buyer, at the PSG you started the year at.
Feels like a pretty greasy move.
Is it possible to see a breakdown of promotions by age bracket, PSG, & years of service. I haven’t had a promotion in more than 10 years, despite good reviews. I honestly don’t know what to make of it, but I’m wondering is ageism plays a role.
Yes. standard promotions.
Are the announcement for promotions out yet?
standard % of promotions, has not changed, you are sc--wed if you are CL and 24 and above, hardly zero PIJ for those poor souls
Promoted to funemployment!
Our guidance was 12% this year. Varied by function but most in the 10-13% range. That equates to the “average” person getting promoted once every eight years.
Yes, 2+ years in role, promotion to 23.
Yes….MW!
The hipot crawlers will get thier annual promotion entitlement. For the rest of us not a chance lucky if we get inflation pay raise
Hopefully being paid off.
