I heard that the call team associates are not required to go back into the office. Which I understand and makes sense as their job requirements are to be on the phone for 8 hrs of the day. But wanted to know if this rumor or true.

The whole idea of travelling to an office to work with a bunch of other people and having little interaction to none is iditotic, to then stipulate we need to be in the office 6 days a month is lunacy (carbon emissions, time wasted, employee disatisfaction)....all for a wonderful checkbox exercise!
Less space to take up for people that need to be in an office
Seems d-mb why waste time from working to travel to be talking on the phone and distracting other employees. Nothing worse than hearing people on the phone when working.
