Must be nice to be product and get a pass to be sloppy not once not twice but three times and waste everyone else’s time as long as you meet your SLA making everyone else rework things because it’s all about making yourselves look good on your reviews even if it puts others behind on their work

@OP+1v0OW2x are you talking about the OAR team? They work for the market and are responsible to Investigate and make sure errors that config, benefits, claims, vendors, and essentially all departments make are fixed. They have SLAs they have to meet and yes its stressful
Who is Product- never heard of such department? Is this on Buz or IT side?
I work for a health plan and we spend probably half our time auditing and fixing other departments mistakes. Our operations team is always held accountable, haven't seen anyone else be held to the same standards.
No one is ever held accountable…all we do is correct mistakes for people that just keep making them…
