Carelon is a JOKE! It's been a money hole from the start. If this is what they expect to get them out of their trouble, then start looking for another job now! If you're not on the list already.
Haven’t you noticed all of the mandatory meetings about change & the mandate to update your Workday profile & managers sending out a barrage of questions like how can we be more efficient, how can we make you do even more work, what can we start, stop, & continue doing to increase productivity? I mean the writing is on the wall don’t you think? I’m not a rocket scientist but I’d say there’s a storm coming.
I can say first hand that unethical processes are done every single day at this company. I’m leaving because of it. I would never buy a policy from this company. I’ve reported this to ethics & HR, nothing was done. This was over 6 months ago. That tells you that the people in charge do not care. I won’t be a part of it any longer.
Please if you have a chance to leave get out of this place now they don’t care about their employees they falsify special enrollment periods. They should be audited by Medicare. Nothing they do is compliant shame on this company. They don’t care they just want enrollments.
What a horrible post....just someone walking around throwing out things to get people rilled up. I will say there probably will be a layoff in October as I have seen several posts on this site with that information (and this site is usually a good source of information). But to just throw out some cr-ppy line like "the end is coming " and not provide more info is just noise and does no good for those of us employed at Elevance and worried about our futures.

“Pull Through” 😂 that doesn’t sound right but yes I have heard some people are moving to Carelon. Yet a few members from a certain Carelon Division division also got laid off on 9/6

Can you elaborate if it is all Carelon divisions, esp Carelon MBM? Where is the source coming from?
Carelon MBM and Carelon Global are both expanding in local commercial. OP and CM/DM and IP will follow. This has been in the works for over a year, more codes going 10/1 and then even more 3/1.
Can you elaborate if this is for Carelon MBM as well?
